1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Metaware ("we", "our") collects, uses and protects the information of users of the mobile application A*HOLE DETECTOR, hereinafter referred to as "the Application".

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

3.1. Location Data

The Application may request access to your device's geolocation services (GPS). Location data is used exclusively to:

Important: Location data is processed exclusively on the user's device. It is not sent, stored or shared with any external server of our own. The Application works correctly without location access; in that case, proximity-based features are automatically disabled.

This data never leaves the device and is not accessible by us or any third parties. The user can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Application or clearing the app data from the device settings.

3.3. Data Collected by Third Parties

The Application displays interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device data in accordance with its own privacy policy, including:

Users can permanently remove ads via an in-app purchase. In that case, the Google AdMob SDK becomes inactive and no data is shared with advertising networks.

3.4. In-App Purchases

The Application offers a non-consumable purchase to permanently remove ads. Purchase transactions are processed entirely through Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS). The Application does not collect, store or have access to financial data, payment methods or transaction information. Only a boolean flag indicating whether the purchase was made is stored locally on the device.

3.5. Map Data

The Application uses map tiles from OpenStreetMap to display locations. Tile requests are made directly to OpenStreetMap servers, which may log the user's IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. No additional personally identifiable information is sent in these requests.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share user personal data with third parties, except as indicated in section 3.3 regarding Google AdMob.

7. International Transfers

Data processed locally on the device is not transferred internationally. Data collected by Google AdMob and OpenStreetMap may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards established in their respective privacy policies.

10. Security

All Application data is stored locally on the user's device, protected by the operating system's own security mechanisms (application sandboxing, device encryption). We do not maintain our own servers or remote databases associated with this Application.

The Application is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can proceed with its deletion.
